Sublimation Printer Purge Files (PDF)
Sublimation printing is an ink-intensive process, so any obstruction or clogging can drastically affect the final result. Fortunately, just like with regular ink printers, there are maintenance routines and purge operations that can restore print quality to the desired standard.
Since your sublimation printer has separate ink containers for cyan, magenta, yellow, and black, we have created four templates that match each ink color precisely. This approach helps avoid wasting significant amounts of ink when performing a purge print on your sublimation printer.
Just scroll down to select the appropriate test sheet for performing a test print using only one color of your choice. This process, known as purge printing, aims to ensure a smooth ink flow and enhance the performance of the selected color by cleaning any blockages.
Make sure to print a test page once the sublimation purge is complete. We have a variety of free test pages in PDF for both, regular ink printers and also sublimation device specific sheets.

A helpful method for identifying such blockages is to conduct a thorough examination of a nozzle check. This diagnostic test often reveals missing colors or streaks in distinct areas of the print, aiding in the diagnosis of potential printing problems.
Final Notes
If this does not help to resolve the problem, you might try Printer power cleaning or Power ink flushing if either of these features are available on your printer brand and model.
Stop the procedure immediately if any of the following occurs:
• Paper comes out wet with ink.
• Ink smears or droplets start building up on paper or any of printer parts.
• Each print performs worse than the last one.
• Your printer is unable to reproduce any meaningful image after a fifth attempt.
